Run for Gold, Shape a Future
About the Event
A dedicated team of School Heads, parents, teachers and alumni from our partner schools are coming together to take on the iconic London Landmarks Half Marathon, all in support of widening access to outstanding education.
Every penny raised will go directly to support a child receiving a bursary.
Date: Sunday 6 April 2025
The Gold Standard Charitable Trust brings diversity and inclusiveness to the 14 Inspired UK independent schools in and around London by providing full and large bursaries.
We believe that there is no greater gift than the gift of a great education.
GSCT bursaries are awarded to talented pupils whose families could not otherwise afford to attend an independent school. Among the students we are supporting are survivors of the Grenfell tragedy, children in care, and refugees from war zones. Bursaries build a better, more equitable society where children from different backgrounds can grow up as schoolmates and friends.
The GSCT does not have an endowment so we work closely with school heads and parent leadership to raise the necessary funds each year.
